I was at Oncology were I go every month
My treatment was handled and dealt with professionalism ensuring my journey to recovery was as it’s best.
I am very grateful for the care I received as after the diagnostic ultrasound scan and spotted concern, the process of further investigation was promptly established. With better understanding of the issue at earlier stages of concern, and excellent communication in delivery of scan results, further steps in managing a disorder can be implemented in the future.
Polite kind people
Early pregnancy unit
Absolutely appalling service. With extreme wait times for pregnant women in discomfort. One patient being called in hourly.
Staff all have poor moral with nurses complaining about doctors during triage.
Staff all seem fed up and burnt out.
The way the service is managed needs to be improved with better waiting times
Because it is real
The treatment that I received before and after my hip replacement was excellent and the staff at king George’s hospital I couldn’t fault at all the only thing I was slightly disappointed with was that I was told that I will now probably need a knee replacement on the same leg I’ve had a letter confirming an appointment in 6 months time but I’m concerned that the knee at the moment is very painful and I’m worried that it will affect my new hip and thought that it might have been much sooner to avoid any damage to my hip please don’t take this as a complaint but I’m just concerned that nothing goes wrong up till now my hospital experience has been 100%
Patients were all stuck on trolleys in corridors no wards or beds available no updates had to keep asking what was going on no wheel chairs to take patients to toilet just kept getting moved from corridor to corridor for 17and a half hours sent home as no beds available
.
I always get good treatment when I have to come for a appointment.
