Waiting times are sometimes long, mostly we are happy with treatment. Need more clarity in explaining competition and what to do to manage condition (AMD).

Overall its very good! But it would be more very good if staff like on the first stay of checking will tell what is that instrument being use and its purpose what is that medicine applied in my eyes. I feel more comfortable that way! I felt so comfortable with Mr. Mina thank you so much!
