My appointment was for 14.30. I was finished at 16.00. During that time I had an ECG and weight/BP check. There was a lot of waiting around. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service. Just a little waiting time. What a wonderful receptionist called Beverley. She was a credit to your team.

Over 2 hours to wait for to be seen. Sitting on very hard uncomfortable chairs with a bad back. Very disappointing as no reason for waiting as doctor was here more doctors needed for amount of appts, booked at the time if doctor can see people on time.
