Every member of staff was polite and helpful from office staff to consultants. Was kept informed of all aspects of care. Only the staff can really say how to improve service as they are at the hospital most of the time.

Doctor and nurse provided excellent care. Had to wait over an hour after appointment time to be seen by consultant but she did apologise.
