Doctor was good, but forgot she had asked for blood tests as well as CT scan. She also confirmed I am copied to letters, but not received them. only a text message which does not show appointments location and details online

my experience on bluebell B was an eye opener. my bed wasn’t changed for 4/5 days no cleaning was done in my bay . with exception of HCA jo she was passionate and caring very efficient. to see patients being left in bed for long periods of time being told to urinate in there pads was awful , having there dignity taken away from them and no respect at all. i had a sister shout in my face which was uncalled for !! the ward needs a total inspection to get the level of care to the level it is required The best host on the ward was vicky excellent at her job

student nurses should not be allowed to administer medication on there own mine was given to me twice good job i was alert enough to realise this
