My appointment was 10:30. I was finally taken in for treatment at 12:40 my treatment did not start until 12:10.
My treatment is only 1/2 hour once started. I find it hard to sit for a long time but could not go for a walk in case I was called in.
Suggested improvements
I could have been asked to come later for my appointment one things were known to be running late.
One here I could have been told of the delay which would have given me the opportunity to go for a coffee or for a walk.
