Nurse Sue was very professional explained in detail what was going on. She made me feel very relaxed and was probably one of the best nurses I have seen. :)

Information between KG and QE needs improving in terms of location we were not told that we were staying at QE by KH- unnecessary trip back former.

All the nurses (and doctors, play specialists, support staff) were very helpful, friendly, know how to handle children - it makes a massive difference. :)
Suggested improvements
Our nurse on Tuesday night left me alone to administer medication without supervision or instruction. She also left me alone to put urine bag on without support. She seemed very stressed and did not like it when our son cried.

The staff were all superb. Gave above and beyond care. Made sure we were all comfortable and happy. The team here have such a heart for their jobs and the children they work with, we were so well taken care of.
Being able to stay overnight and the facilities for a parent were so well thought about.
