I have been kept in the loop with my care and only had one occasion were, felt put off by the response to my querries.
Suggested improvements
Breakfast wasn't amazing as I would have liked toast to be offered instead of bread.

Everything was very nice and organised. Management and staff were really helpful. Thanks to all midwives and staff who are caring us so much thanks doctors and NHS.
Suggested improvements
For emergencies because of less staff. Patients need to wait a lot and everyone treated same even if they are seriously ill. So, patients who are more ill should give preference over others.
