All staff are very helpful, polite and attentive but it is a very busy area, the waiting time is long

1)Had to wait over 12 hours and have still not been seen by a doctor. Have spent the whole night here and still no idea when I'll be seen.

1)Regular updates about waiting time 2)Let patients go back and come back for consulation with the doctor if safe. Do not insist on starting the whole process again as it is a waste of time and resources for everyone.

To longer wait. came in at one they did blocks but did not see Doctor fill after 10 pm E.C.G Urine sample X Ray on Abdomen. Still waiting for results at 12:30 am

Making serve patients are comfortables and ask if they need any water.
