From ambulance that picked me up and all the staff I came into contact with were friendly kind and very helpful. No complaints.

The checks in. heart scan done in my heart, were done without explanation, I did not know what was wrong. My cheeks were done in the summer and the follow up was about 4 months later.
Suggested improvements
Shorter period of time between checks and doctor follow-up.
Explain what is being checked even if its to check to rule out something.
