Neelam was so kind, helpful, always smiling and very efficient. Excellent care.
Doctors all listened and explained everything well. Today I feel confident taking my child home.
Suggested improvements
I asked for some Calpol as I could tell son's temp will people as it did previously and I know him - sunken eyes hot to touch. The temp was checked and was below 37.5 but would have liked it to prevent rather than wait for it to spike.
