I spent two nights in the hospital and most of the staff were supportive but I was treated poorly on the second night staff.
Suggested improvements
Medical practitioners are supposed to be empaths. When people come to the hospital is either because they are sick or vulnerable. A small and show of kindness will give them assurance of getting better.
