Because everyone I have been in contact with has explained everything that will happen which really helps when your anxious it puts you at ease.

This Hospital is the worst hospital I have ever been to nurse was very rude and did not care about patients there was blood on the floor absolutely filthy and the waiting time is ridiculous No communication the just book you in give you an assessment then 6 hours later if your lucky they will send you to another department for another long wait they have the self discharge notes waiting for you because they know you will get fed up of waiting 10 hours ect I will never ever go back there or recommend it to any one before you get seen you would be dead first they just don't care absolutely disgusting and filthy place if you don't have enough doctors the hospital should not be open because you can't treat anyone who has had a serious accident or something Shame on Queens Hospital. And it is not the first time I have experienced this behaviour from the staff Take it from me steer clear

I can't see anything you could do better it is like it's in thier bones bad training and customer service absolutely disgusting place

After visiting the early pregnancy unit I was extremely disappointed with the disgusting toilets which had pubic hairs stuck round the side of the toilet and basin and also stunk they obviously aren't cleaned often enough due to the amount of people that are using, also the seating area provided for pregnant women who are in need of treatment was full up with visitors from other wards which led to pregnant women sitting on the floor these seats should be a priority for pregnant women in need. The staff were extremely nice and helpful on the up side.
Suggested improvements
Make sure the toilets are cleaned thoroughly and make sure priority is given to the people that really need it in the seating area. I hope you take my constructive criticism seriously as I think this could improve the service of the nhs :)
