I came in with symptoms of a suspected stroke. It ended up being a TIA. I waited 16hours before I see a doctor or anyone in A&E
I was moved from area to area and stood there while a nurse told the porter than had taken me to the department that they wouldn't treat me and I should of called an ambulance
The service was shocking

Everything. Having suffered a TIA and having extremely high bloodpressure I should not of waited 16 hours before being seen

Really knowledgable staff who cared for me with compassion and understanding. They went above and beyond and cared for me well. I was discharged as quickly as they could. Thank you

Very poor service my daughter got brought in on oxygen she is 5 months and was on oxygen the whole time then got released the same night with nothing

The surgeons, doctors and nurses were great in the ED department. They noticed I really wasn't well and that I had gone into shock, they rushed me to RESUS and treated me accordingly. The night staff on the ward I went to...well that's a different matter. I was left multiple times laying in my own faeces because one particular nurse couldn't be bothered to change stoma bag, even told me that all the nurses were on a break! And when I was cleaned up, I literally lost what little dignity I had left because I was cleaned up and changed with the curtain wide open so other patients could see absolutely everything as I had a catheter in too.

Emply nurses that actually want to work because they care and not because they are simply getting paid to do it.
