My only issue was I waited 12 to 13 hours and it was for too long- I understand this is not the staff’s fault but it really upset me.

The communication can be improved and we patients should be listened to a bit better I really am very upset that I have been made to feel like this the ladies who take my blood were amazing.

The doctor and nurses were excellent.
Suggested improvements
The SDEC waiting room is tiny, overcrowded and hot. The reception staff were very kind and helpful.
