I arrived in serious pain and was left for hours suffering before being given pain relief.
I was so unwell and was made to sit in chair in front of other patients whilst being given morphine!
Suggested improvements
Better communication, be happier with patient and show more compassion and care.
A lot of staff not looking happy in their work a very uncomfortable visit.

Care in this ward has been good. however the transfer between resues and here could have been better- parents left outside with no information for two hours.
