Excellent care and communication. Helped with my son's extra needs and managed to get the MRI scan completed with sedation. Toys provided also. Very happy.

All staff (doctors, nurses, HCAs, carers, cleaners etc) friendly helpful, kind. Did everything they could with the resources they had.

Slightly strange to wake people in middle of night to do observations. Surely better to let patients sleep and recover? Could not get to sleep again to there a better way?

Staff were very kind and caring. Information given at the beginning of the ultra sound and during the procedure - guided ultrasound injection (steroid) into he wrist.
