Review of Bluebell Ward B written by a patient
6th September 2019

Refused access to GP prescribed meds. brought by me until complaint haven't been told for which infection/was treated haven't been told which meds I have been prescribed by hospital haven't been told why those meds. have been changed. Extremely unhappy that I have to what in the ridiculous. Departure courage to pectise those meds. Told I was being discharged on evening of 2/9 and morning of 3/9, still haven't been discharged at 4:00 pm 3/9. Have had no meds. since morning of 3/9, usually have afternoon meds. 16:02 - Just been told that the meds. have only just been communicated to pharmacy. 16:09 - Antibiotic dose found in locked drawer, no indication given of it's presence. Discharge confirmed 17:26 to improve this ward consider an overall by the 3 stages.

Review of Surgical Assessment Unit written by a patient
6th September 2019

- Timeliness of care. - Detailed answers to my questions. From time ambulance was called to care at A and E and then at sar unit, it was timeline, My best experience over. I was worried about being dismissed or neglected with no explanation or at best delayed treatment, but I got none of that. Staff were kind to. Thank you.
