The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
The nurses were friendly and assuring.
The doctor was friendly, thorough and explained extremely well what they felt the issue was and what would happen next. Very kind, clear and reassuring.

Reception at Zone Desk was very pleasant with a lovely smiley receptionist. Visiting Dr Wicks is always a pleasure - he is a wonderful doctor - very caring and no matter how nick you are, you will always find the perfect treatment to get you on the food to recovery. His kindness is endless and I am very thankful to have him a me Doctor.
Celia Dr Wicks lovely nurse is always full of kindness and very caring as in Jelina. I considered myself very lucky he under their care.

Excellent care. Everyone helpful from doctors,nurses to partners and chart.
Had a stock when noticed board with instructions for "end of life care".
surely this should be cut of sight of patience.

Care was standard but little detail was given about scan results and nurses could be heard discussing and seemingly mocking the case due to my frustration at lack of any results.
