All staff members were very informative and polite.
I did not have to wait long for surgery also.
Very welcoming and did not make me feel ineased.
What could be improved is perhaps the bed mattress which are not very comfortable especially after surgery.
Also due to long hour fasting before surgery better food should be given maybe things to promote energy. I was given a very dry cheese sandwich nothing else was available.

Seen promptly by nurses especially.
Very friendly and understanding of my sons needs and helped his special needs as much as they could. He has downs syndrome so needs extra time to understand and they were extra caring and kind to him.
