Staff were friendly, helpful and polite on the Tropical Bay ward. Thank you. Nurse Tricia was lovely.

- I would appreciated if the doctor explained the process theatre. The level of professionalism from the doctor, was not how expected (talking over nurses and just in general) I sensed a level of superiority others. Looking down on others.

Nurses were fantastic.
Sat in A&E for 20 hours unable to support my knee.
Up until 3 hours before being told I could go was I told what was going on by a doctor.
Suggested improvements
More doctors.
Lower wait times.
More communicated with doctors and patience.

To make Sue medication is on the ward when needed and not having to be ordered. So making medication time wrong.
