Staff were lovely - boy Lgamen were an amazing distraction thank you. Only negative was the pharmacy opening times - how can you provide treatment without medicine.


Being able to provide prescription for treatment during stay so my daughter did not super when we were not able to get her cream.

Very happy with the someone. She did not cry, nurse was good with my daughter. Blood test was done well.

Physio and OT were very supportive and treated with kindness and compassion.


Being informed of any changes to timetable ie no therapist due to 'x' reasons.

In at reception and seen immediately. Polite, helpful, admin. No wait for blood test all explained out within 5 minutes with no tears or shyness well from my baby. Ver happy, excellent service.

Because nurses and doctors are very nice friendly, and they work hard and put effort to make sure we receive nice and kindly service. Well done, and thanks for al the stuff in hospital.


Nothing everything is perfect.
