We were treated with kindness by everyone, particularly Jincey (Lily's nurse) and the an anesthetist and also the staff member who took us dain to theatre (hopefully their names are on Lily's record as we had love them to be recognized).
Suggested improvements
We arrived at 7am and were first on the list. However, Lily was not taken for her operation until 12 pm. Ofcourse these things happen but it was distressing as she was nil by mouth only age 3 not the fault of anyone here though.

Well taken care off and the everything was well explained.
