Communication was good and I was informed that any medical was going to take place. staff available when you need them.
Suggested improvements
Thanks to Lisa/Victor & other on the 15/4/24 at night nurse who was on duty was rude but Lisa was brilliant.
To give more induction/training in communication approah to some nurses as they do lot have patience and do bit know how to phrase questions to patietns rather instill their before patient can aware.
