The answer was given as I was not conscious of my experience, but feedback from doctor staff and my children. Who ever involved with how good the care and treatment was deserve the answer.
Suggested improvements
Learning as always 'evolving' - enjoy for down time more. Celebrate the outcome of your effort/hard work, when for have the opportunity and continue to build staff care { } strength.
