Waiting time was terrible 7 hours. No knowledge of how long it would be to be seen. Patients called were sometimes missed the setting is a building foyer not a waiting room. It was cold and uncomfortable
Staff were professional polite and respectful of how long the wait had been.
Suggested improvements
A ticket system from triage to medical team. This gives a better expectation of how long it takes to wait and ensures when called they are not missed
