Once I got through an initial negative indifferent triage by reception nurse on computer
Everything there after was very good from all levels of staff including tea trolley people everyone
Suggested improvements
I have red cars and passport for lung cancer which I did show as directed.
Going to reception walking back out to a nurse on computer that made me feel I had virtually no right to be there then back to reception then told to walk to A&E with clearly no thought given to my lung capacity to make the journey
That needs to be improved 100 %
After that though everything was very good and I would have rated everything very good if not for that
