Recent falls have meant I have visited Queens A&E a few times over last 3 months. I have found all nurses/doctors who have interacted with me to be kind, caring and thoughtful. Each have acted very professionally and considerately. The wait times are unavoidable and it’s mainly due to the efficiency of the care administered by all staff. I experienced lovely nurses and doctors who treated me with respect and dignity.
