Came in for an elective c section, doctors in the theatre were absolutely fabulous professional friendly and listened to me all the way through. This is my second time as a patient as queens, as I get moved into the recovery wards This time being coral ward. The supervisor midwife’s are absolutely appalling. She spoke very differently to different people of colour. Spoke very rudely to my partner who came to pick me up for discharge. She unprofessionally told off another member of staff in front of us patients including myself. Likewise last time in 2021 doctors in labour and delivery and theatre again were brilliant but as soon as I went over to recovery the midwives over there have an appalling attitude.

Suggested improvements
I think it should be taken into consideration to review who the supervisors are. Some of them do not deserve the position. I think each midwife she get a review and feeble back from patients.
