As per my treatment for the original heart attack, the service was extremely good. I was informed of any issues in good time (the main one being the cancellation of a session due to "staff emergency", where I was contacted in good time). I only had one issue, and this was dealt with properly at the time: I ended up getting one of the presentations twice (ironically, the diet one). This was sorted out by giving me the notes for the missing presentation for me to read up on later.
