My Father was admitted to the A&E department at Queen’s hospital on the 6th September at 630pm. We waited hours before my Dad was first seen by a nurse who said we had at least another 6 hour wait to see the Doctor. My Dad is an 85 year old who has mobility problems and I could only find a broken wheelchair which I had to drag it to work it !!!! We sat in a drafty corridor for hours and finally saw the doctor at 920AM nearly 15 hours after he was admitted!!!! Absolutely appalling, I do not blame the staff at all, just lack of them and making an elderly, fragile man wait all that time is totally and utterly unfair and unacceptable!!! I’m shocked and horrified at the lack of service!!!!!!

Suggested improvements
For a start MORE STAFF AN ABSOLUTE MUST!!! You can’t expect people to put up with that shocking service !!!!!
