The receptionist in the fracture clinic was very unhelpful. However one of the healthcare assistants- Katie was brilliant, finding where we should have been a look us to team 4. Reception were very good.

Suggested improvements
Reception staff in fracture clinic need to be more helpful, rather than just saying more not on the system.
