Arrived at a@e 6pm ambulance bloods and exam in resuse by 7 good. X-ray by 8pm good .on bed in a@e until 4 in morning. No one spoke to me not offered a drink or food . Had my own water which I drank at 1am. Saw doctor at 4pm asked have I had X-ray?? Which I had 7pm previous night. Told me they had lost my notes. I asked for pain relief at 9pm , got some at 1am after asking frequently. At 4am told I am going home with a sling as I have fractured shoulder. Told ambulance would take me at 8am still in a&e called my son who lives 60 miles away and he came and took me home arrived home by 9am. My whole treatment in a&e was completely unacceptable,
