A member of staff was rude and lacked empathy & compassion whilst I waited and tried to comfort my 93 year old father who suffers with Dementia and had broken his hip.

Suggested improvements
When placing patients in a queue in the corridor - it is difficult and uncomfortable for everyone & lacks privacy and comfort. Patients are in pain and relatives are anxious. Space is limited through no one’s fault & due thoughts & consideration should be recognised by all. It’s not the patients fault that there is restricted space for the porters to manoeuvre beds or trolleys.
