Because I was ill I was sleeping a lot and missed the tea trolley. So in 12 hours had 1 tea, 2 cups of water and a packet of biscuits despite suffering dehydration and being hungry

If a patient is sleeping get a nurse or someone to wake them up... they are quick enough to do it when they wanna do Obs
