We late for appointment due to lack of wheelchairs - were still seen - everything explained an plain English for the elderly confused patient (also grumpy patient). The kingly contacted the bone density department to see if we could be fitted into { } coming back tomorrow - they kindly fitted us in and treated him lovely - even though { } throughout. The nuclear team went above and beyond - thank you.
