I had an excellent experience at Queens hospital this morning after needing to see the respiratory clinic for a lung function test, followed by a chest X-Ray and then a blood test. I was seen by all three departments in under (a total of) an hour. The longest wait I had was in the queue for the blood test which was about 20-25 mins in total. All the staff were great and after having some poor experiences here in the past this was a really positive experience for me.
