Treated in the Ambulatory Care Ward and prior in A&E, great kindness and care, extremely efficient in most areas, staff brilliant.

Could do with informing patients on how long they are likely to have to wait for test results etc just left waiting without being informed and not knowing what’s happening and sometimes feeling you have been forgot. Blood test results need speeding up if possible, would save hanging around especially when you are sick. Ambuladery Care department needs colour tape on indent in handrail to indicate where you have to go as it’s not clear and a difficult word to say when asking.
