I spent my first night in Sahara and room 3. It was very noisy during the night when a new patient was moved in from another room. Lights were full on and voices were not lowered. This was approx 3 am at breakfast time. I was advised pain killers would be handed out but an hour later I still hadn't received them and had to chase the nurse, who replied she had 10 patients to look after. I was just out of an operation ands was in pain, the delay of drugs did not help me. Each time when drugs were due I had to ask. The 2nd lot I received 2 1/2 hours after I had been told they were due which is too long! Had looked 3 times for them (I also had to wait long times once my last night I spent in Sahara A room 3).
