2 hours delay in seeing the doctor after appointment time. patients with appointment times after time called in {} treated appalling to be left sitting there for 2 hours with no updates, no drinks.
Suggested improvements
Stop booking so many patients if you can’t handle that many.
Offer drinks at least as you can’t leave in care you are called.
