I feel you need an advocate as you are too confused to take it all in. The tried but I was not up to taking in the information.
Suggested improvements
Do what you say you will do quickly I know you are busy eg they said someone would take at my stitches but no one came till I changed it now I am just waiting for meds but have no idea how long it will be nor who can change it up.
