I have been coming for venesection for a long time, three or four years. It usually goes quite smoothly at the time I came 4.00pm to 5.00pm. Carried out quite quickly and efficiently. I have had some poorer experiences, but they were some time ago. When I arrange the next appointment when I am these, it goes well but phoning to do it for some difficulty, promises to phone back that does not happen etc.
