One of the MCA was very helpful and offered some excellent advice and tips about breastfeeding - Annette Arnold. One area of improvement is that we felt as though we weren't being listened to in some cases. We explained why something was happening but instead of listening to what we were saying some assumptions were made by some members of staff. Also, we have been told so many contradictory points by midwives from different departments.
