I attended queens hospital urgent care treatment yesterday and I would like to say that the service and care that I was given by a doctor called Ali was excellent and he was very caring and I felt very comfortable with him . I am writing this as so many people are quick to complain about the nhs but not many people praise the staff enough for their hard work .
