From the cleaners up to the nursing staff I have no issues they were fantastic at all times.
However the doctors (not all of them) were cold and not very good at communcation.
Suggested improvements
I think the doctors should talk to the patient and not turn their back on them to discuss the patient with the junior doctors. And to talk in terms patients can understand.
