My whole experience was really good even though the wait wasn’t the best, I was there 10 hours in the emergency department, but despite that the staff were wonderful. I was so worried but a man called Vince was so helpful and really tried to calm me. All staff were very kind and helpful

It’s not the hospitals fault the waiting time so can’t see any way things could be improved
