I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. I asked 3 times when I would be seen and each time was told I would be next. Nurses and assistants seemed lethargic and unconcerned. When I eventually saw the Dr. he did not seem to take on board the information I told him, I took photos along with me to show him, when I said he could put them in my file he said no. He said to make an "open" appointment to come back when the systems were at their worst. When I saw the receptionist she said there was no such thing as an "open" appointment, she just gave me the Drs. private secretaries number. Whole experience seemed a waste of my time and the hospitals.
