Share review of Queen's Hospital
I was highly impressed by the following:
The amount of visits from doctors and the consultant.
The dignity with which I was treated.
The personal acts of kindness by staff.
The comfort and convenience of the environment.
The commitment of the staff.
I must also write that I am very, very appreciative of the fact that the staff and consultant seen to have accurately diagnosed my condition. I feel a lot better whereas I was deteriorating prior to my admission to Queens.
Bad, actually, I find it impossible to satisfactorily express in words my gratitude and appreciation.
I can think of no necessary improvements except to write that the staff seemed to be 'stretched' at the weekend and, on the odd occasion, response was a bit slow (sorry). Nonetheless I do not doubt their commitment- at times they were almost running, however, even then I did not experience any bad temper, etc from staff.
