Every Stagf member that I had contact with was courteous/well mannered and totally professional.I think that(and I posted on facebook)NHS hospitals are the last bastion of politeness and good manners.

I found the A&E department after a long walk to get to,which especially was not a pleasant experience when you are short of breath,have chest pains,and a very low energy level.
