I came into a&e with an excruciating sickle cell crisis in left hip and pain in the abdominal area. Sat in a&e in a very uncomfortable chair and was never triage the nurses are rude. They act as if they are bionic and won’t ever be ill
Suggested improvements
Treat sickle cell patients within the required protocol time 30 minutes to administer some patient relief
